摘要
选取2008—2018年的地区生产总值、人口、人均用水量等15个指标建立评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法(PCA)分析影响其水资源承载力的主要因素,综合评价乌鲁木齐市水资源承载力状况,以期为今后水资源合理利用及水生态空间规划提供适当的参考。结果表明:水资源占有量、单位面积水资源量和地表水资源量对乌鲁木齐市水资源承载力影响起主导作用;水资源利用、城镇人口的增长和经济变化情况从正向较明显地影响市水资源承载情况;乌鲁木齐市的发展需要平衡水资源开发潜力和人口与经济增长率。
This paper selects 15 indicators such as regional GDP, population and per capita water consumption from 2008 to 2018 to establish an evaluation index system. The principal component analysis(PCA) is used to analyze the main factors affecting the water resources carrying capacity of Urumqi. It comprehensively evaluates the carrying capacity of water resources in Urumqi, in order to provide appropriate reference for the rational utilization of water resources and water ecological spatial planning in the future. The results show that: The amount of water resources, the amount of water resources per unit area and the amount of surface water resources play a leading role in the impact on the water resources carrying capacity of Urumqi. The utilization of water resources, the growth of urban population and economic changes have a significant positive impact on the carrying capacity of water resources in the city. The development of Urumqi needs to balance the development potential of water resources and the growth rate of population and economy.
