摘要
新时期,我国经济建设的新要求是大力发展新型生态产业,制定相关的企业环保建设标准,尤其是要根据水资源开发的现实需要,结合产业特色,积极保护水资源,加大生态环境保护力度,改进和创新工作模式,平衡水资源保护利用与产业发展的矛盾。本文围绕可持续发展这一经济长期发展主题,结合生态环境保护的现实状况,提出了科学保护水资源、合理利用水资源的可行性建议,旨在给新时期的产业转型及发展提供一些参考。
In the new era,the new requirements of China's economic construction are to vigorously develop new ecological industries and formulate relevant corporate environmental protection construction standards,in particular,it is necessary to actively protect water resources according to the actual needs of water resources development,combine industrial characteristics,increase ecological and environmental protection,improve and innovate work models,and balance the contradiction between water resources protection and utilization and industrial development.By focusing on the long-term economic development theme of sustainable development,this paper puts forward the feasibility of scientifically protecting water resources and rationally using water resources in light of the actual situation of ecological environmental protection,aiming to provide some reference for industrial transformation and development in the new period.
