摘要
近年来,随着国家对信息质量安全的高度重视,采供血机构各类统计任务正逐年加大,其技术含量日益提升,涉及领域越来越广,信息与统计已成为采供血机构管理工作中的一项重要内容。长沙血液中心各科室间的有效衔接运转是采供血事业的基本保障,利用好采供血过程中产生的数据和血站实用统计学能对智慧血站的建设起到有力支撑。对血液中心内的业务数据的合理利用有助于推进各科室数据共享,提升数据的分析处理水平,统一数据的采集、利用和分析方式,进而提升采供血管理水平;而采供血大数据的应用在加强宣传动员、增加血源来源、优化改进作业生产流程、保证血液制品的产出、保障血液合理供应等方面有广阔的市场前景。该文通过总结,分析长沙血液中心近年来履行信息与统计的工作历程及管理,深入思考未来发展方向,以担当释初心、实干践使命的精神,全面促进采供血事业健康持续发展。
In recent years,as the country attaches great importance to information quality and security,various statistical tasks of blood collection and supply institutions are increasing year by year,and their technical content is increasing day by day,involving more and more fields.Information and statistics have become an important part of the management of blood collection and supply institutions.The effective connection between departments of Changsha Blood Center is the basic guarantee for blood collection and supply.Making good use of the data generated in the process of blood collection and supply and the practical statistics of blood stations can provide strong support for the construction of smart blood stations.The rational use of business data in the blood center helps to promote data sharing among departments,improve the level of data analysis and processing,and unify data collection,utilization and analysis methods,thereby improving the management of blood collection and supply.The application of blood collection and supply big data has broad market prospects in strengthening publicity and mobilization,increasing blood sources,optimizing and improving production processes,ensuring the output of blood products,and ensuring a reasonable supply of blood.Through the summary,this paper analyzes the work process and management of information and statistics performed by Changsha Blood Center in recent years,and deeply thinks about the future development direction.In the spirit of taking on the original intention and practicing the mission,we will comprehensively promote the healthy and sustainable development of the blood collection and supply business.
