推动能源转型、能源革命是人类社会生产力发展和文明进步的重要动力。在能源转型过程中,保障能源安全至关重要。能源转型的历史就是“破”与“立”的循环往复。世界各国国情不同,无法采用一种模式实现能源转型。中国的能源资源禀赋是富煤、贫油、少气,能源转型须坚持“先立后破、以立为先”,全面构建现代能源体系,实现社会经济平稳有序转型升级。依法推进或引导能源转型,是实现安全平稳有序的关键。加快能源领域关键核心技术和装备攻关,推动绿色低碳技术重大突破,加快能源全产业链数字化智能化升级。
Promoting energy transition and energy revolution is an important driving force for the development of human social productivity and the progress of civilization.In the process of energy transition,it is very important to ensure energy security.The history of energy transition is a cycle of“breaking”and“building”.Different countries with different conditions adopt different mode to achieve energy transformation.China is rich in coal,poor in oil and little in gas,so China must adhere to the principle of“establishing first and then breaking down”,to build a modern energy system in an all-round way and realize the steady and orderly transition and upgrading of the social economy.Promoting or guiding energy transition according to law is the key to achieving safety,stability and order.We will accelerate research on key core technologies and equipment in the energy sector,promote major breakthroughs in green and low-carbon technologies,and accelerate the digital and intelligent upgrading of the entire energy industry chain.
