摘要
由于大豆具有优异品质,近年来,其消费量和贸易量持续激增。作为大豆主产区的黑龙江省,多年来,育成了一系列不同类型优质品种来服务大豆产业发展。文中全面介绍了黑龙江省育成的优质大豆品种情况。分别从外观品质的粒形、粒色,内在品质的蛋白含量、脂肪含量与功能因子强化等不同方面介绍了不同类型优质大豆品种的特点,分析了大豆种质资源研究现状及遗传改良方式方法。在全面分析黑龙江省大豆品质育种现状的基础上,对未来大豆品质改良方向与方式方法进行了展望。
Due to the excellent quality of soybean,its consumption and trade have continued to surge in recent years.As the main soybean producing area,Heilongjiang Province has developed a series of high-quality varieties of different types to serve the development of soybean production over the years.The high quality soybean varieties in Heilongjiang Province were introduced in this paper.The characteristics of different types of high quality soybean varieties were introduced from the aspects of grain shape and grain color of appearance quality,protein content and fat content of internal quality and enhancement of functional factors,and the research status of germplasm resources and methods of genetic improvement were analyzed.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of soybean quality breeding in Heilongjiang Province,the direction and methods of soybean quality improvement in the future were prospected.
