摘要
在以能源互联网为主导的能源变革背景下,建设清洁高效的农村综合能源系统能够最大限度助力农村能源实现可持续发展。基于农村可再生资源的丰富性,为推进农村综合能源系统在农村高效应用,实现农村能源结构多元化。本文首先结合农村资源现状,构建涵盖经济、环境、技术和社会的农村用能评价指标体系;其次,引入物元可拓评价方法以解决多目标、多主体决策问题,同时为了更全面地反映指标表现出的信息,建立集值迭代与反熵权法赋权——多层次物元可拓评价模型,对典型农村综合能源系统进行评价。研究表明:系统在农村可再生能源利用率、有害气体减排、生活垃圾无害化处理以及拉动就业等方面具有一定成效,但在投资运维成本控制、设备利用率以及降低传输过程中能源损耗等方面仍有提升空间。基于此,应建立补贴保障机制,建设能源智慧检测平台,并对系统进行技术升级改造。
Under the background of energy reform dominated by energy Internet,the construction of clean and efficient rural integrated energy system can maximize the rural energy to achieve sustainable development.Based on the abundance of renewable resources in rural areas,in order to promote the efficient application of renewable resources in rural areas and promote the diversification of rural energy structure,this paper firstly combines the current situation of rural resources to construct an evaluation index system that is suitable for the situation of rural areas including economy,environment,technology and society.Secondly,the matter-element extension evaluation method is introduced to solve the multi-objective and multi-agent decision making problems.Meanwhile,in order to reflect the information of indicators more comprehensively,the set value iteration and anti-entropy weight method-multi-level matter-element extension evaluation model is established.The evaluation system is applied to typical rural integrated energy system.The research shows that the system has certain effects in rural renewable energy utilization rate,harmful gas emission reduction,harmless treatment of domestic waste and employment promotion,but there is still room for improvement in investment operation cost control,equipment utilization rate and reduction of energy loss in transmission process.Based on this,the subsidy guarantee mechanism should be established,the intelligent energy detection platform should be built,and the system should be upgraded.
