摘要
目的探讨基于微信平台健康教育对社区居民普及梅毒知识的效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年3月云浮市120例社区女性居民作为研究对象,按随机纸片法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用微信平台健康教育。观察两组干预前后的梅毒知识知晓情况。结果两组干预前的梅毒知识知晓率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组的梅毒知识知晓率高于干预前,观察组干预后的梅毒知识知晓率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台健康教育在社区居民应用,可以提高梅毒知识知晓率,值得推广应用。
Objective To approach effect of universal syphilis knowledge for community residents by WeChat platform with health education.Methods The 120 cases female community residents in Yunfu City from September 2021 to March 2022 were selected as objects of study,they were divided into the control group and the detection group by random slip method,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the detection group received WeChat platform with health education.The awareness of syphilis knowledge of two groups was detected.Results There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of syphilis knowledge between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the awareness rate of syphilis knowledge in the two groups was higher than that before the intervention,and the awareness rate of syphilis knowledge in the detection group after the intervention was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of community residents by WeChat platform with health education could increase awareness rate of syphilis knowledge,it is worth to be used.
