摘要
目的分析社区开展预防接种与儿童保健健康教育的重要性。方法选取2019年3月至2021年8月北京市丰台区新村社区卫生服务中心预防接种的164例适龄儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=82)与对照组(n=82)。对照组采用常规教育方式,观察组采用社区预防接种与儿童保健健康教育方式,对两组知识掌握情况、接种情况及家长满意度进行比较。结果观察组预防接种知识评分为(43.65±4.12)分,儿童保健知识评分为(44.82±3.76)分,分别高于对照组的(36.78±4.36)、(35.94±4.57)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组儿童疫苗及时接种率为98.78%,高于对照组的90.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长的总满意度为97.56%,高于对照组的86.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区开展预防接种与儿童保健健康教育可提高家长对预防接种与儿童保健知识认知水平,促进接种率和家长满意度的提高,有助于儿童健康成长。
Objective To analyze the importance of community vaccination and children health education.Methods From March 2019 to August 2021,164 cases of school-age children who were vaccinated in Beijing Fengtai Xincun Community Health Service Center were selected as the research objects,according to random number table method they were divided into the observation group(n=82)and the control group(n=82).The control group used conventional education methods,the observation group used community vaccination and health education in child care.Knowledge mastery,vaccination and parents’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The score of vaccination knowledge in the observation group was(43.65±4.12)points,and children’s health knowledge score was(44.82±3.76)points,which were higher than those in the control group of(36.78±4.36)and(35.94±4.57)points respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The timely vaccination rate of children in the observation group was 98.78%,which was higher than 90.24%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of parents in the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than that in the control group(86.59%),and the difference was stat istically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Community health education on vaccination and children’s health care can improve parents’knowledge of vaccination and children’s health care,improve the vaccination rate and parents’satisfaction,and contribute to children’s healthy growth.
