摘要
目的评估儿童保健系统管理在儿童早期生长发育中的应用价值。方法随机选取在2020年8月—2021年5月于该院儿童保健科进行工作的医务人员40名,以随机分组法分为两组,参比组医务人员应用常规管理模式,观察组医务人员应用儿童保健系统管理模式。分析两组管理效果。结果在对儿童保健科医务人员进行管理后,观察组医务人员的儿童保健知识了解情况、儿童保健操作掌握情况、儿童生长发育情况均优于参比组,且管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用儿童保健系统管理模式能够丰富医务人员儿童保健知识,提升其儿童保健操作能力,促进儿童生长发育,提高管理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application value of child care system management in early childhood growth and development.Methods A random selection of 40 medical staff who worked in the children's health department of the hospital between August 2020 and May 2021 were selected.Divided into two groups by random sampling grouping method,the medical staff of the reference group applied the conventional management mode,and the medical staff of the observation group applied the management mode of the child care system.Analyzed the management effects of the two groups.Results After the management of medical staff in the children's health department,the test group's medical staff's knowledge of children's health,their knowledge of child health operations,and children's growth and development were better than those of the reference group,and management satisfaction was high than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the child health system management model can enrich the medical staff's child health knowledge,enhance their child health operations capabilities,promote children's growth and development,and improve management satisfaction.
