摘要
目的建立人群层面的糖尿病防控措施库,为制定糖尿病防控措施提供科学依据。方法参考美国心脏协会(American Heart Association,AHA)的社区干预指南将干预措施分为6个类别,制定人群层面糖尿病防控措施文献检索框架和检索词,利用计算机网络检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、中国医院知识资源总库(CHKD)和万方数据知识服务平台等国内外大型文献数据库,基于新加坡“向糖尿病开战”(the War of Diabetes,WoD)项目的行动内容,并结合其他文献资料,构建人群层面的糖尿病防控措施库。结果人群层面的糖尿病防控措施库包括监测与评价、社区行动和多部门合作、政策制定、环境支持、健康教育和加强个人健康服务的可及性6个类别的干预措施,主要体现了新加坡WoD项目糖尿病防控策略对应的具体措施以及措施的实施主体和合作部门。结论人群层面的糖尿病防控措施库可作为基层开展糖尿病防控可选择的干预工具,为决策者制定糖尿病防控政策提供参考。
Objective To establish the measurement base of diabetes control and prevention on group level,and provide the scientific basis for diabetes control and prevention measures.Methods According to the community intervention guidelines of the American Heart Association(AHA),the intervention measures were divided into six categories,and the literature search framework and the search terms for diabetes prevention and control measures on group level were formulated.The computer network was used to search the large domestic and foreign literature databases,such as PubMed,Web of Science,China Knowledge Network(CNKI),China Hospital Knowledge Database(CHKD)and Wanfang data knowledge service platform.Based on the the War of Diabetes(WoD)project in Singapore and combined with other literature,the database of diabetes prevention and control measures on group level was established.Results Measurement base of diabetes control and prevention on group level included six categories of intervention:measures monitoring and evaluation,community action and multi-sectoral cooperation,policy making,environmental support,health education and enhancement of accessibility of personal health services.It mainly included specific measures corresponding to the diabetes prevention and control strategy of the WoD project in Singapore,the implementation body and cooperation departments.Conclusion Measurement base of diabetes control and prevention on group level can be used as an optional intervention tool for diabetes prevention and control at the grass-roots level,providing a reference for decision-makers to formulate diabetes prevention and control policies.
