摘要
目的分析妊娠糖尿病患者糖脂代谢指标的预测价值与母婴结局的关系。方法选择2019年1月—2020年12月来该院治疗的50例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,设为研究组,选择同期来该院分娩的50名正常妊娠期妇女作为对照组。检测两组的糖脂代谢指标,对两组孕妇的母婴结局进行对比分析,并对糖脂代谢指标和母婴结局的相关性进行分析,探讨其在预测母婴结局方面的价值。结果研究组FPG、Hb、TC、TG、LDL-C高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组,研究组母婴不良结局率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson直线相关分析结果显示Hb、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C水平与母婴不良结局呈正相关(P<0.05),HDL-C与母婴不良结局呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论和正常妊娠孕妇相比,GDM孕妇妊娠早期糖脂代谢指标水平显著提高。经相关性分析,Hb、FPG、TG水平和母婴结局存在密切关系,对GDM患者进行妊娠期早期糖脂代谢指标水平的检测对于病情、治疗和预后均具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the predictive value of glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and maternal and infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 50 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who came to the hospital for treatment from Janaury 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects and set as the study group.50 normal pregnant women who came to the hospital for delivery during the same period were selected as the control group.The glucose and lipid metabolism indexes of the two groups were detected,and the maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups of pregnant women were compared and analyzed.The correlation between glucose and lipid metabolism indicators and maternal and infant outcomes was analyzed to explore the value of these indicators in predicting maternal and infant outcomes.Results The study group FPG,Hb,TC,TG,and LDL-C were higher than the control group,and the HDL-C was lower than the control group,the incomplete end rate of the mother and baby in the research group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson direct analysis results show that Hb,FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C levels were positively correlated with adverse maternal and infant outcomes(P<0.05),and HDL-C was negatively correlated with maternal and infant adverse outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with normal pregnant women,GDM pregnant women have significantly higher levels of glucose and lipid metabolism indexes in early pregnancy.Correlation analysis showed that Hb,FPG,TG levels were closely related to maternal and infant outcomes.The detection of glucose and lipid metabolism index levels in early pregnancy in patients with GDM has high clinical application value for disease,treatment and prognosis.
