妊娠期糖尿病患者胎盘中炎性因子和脂肪因子表达量评估及其与糖脂代谢的关系 被引量:32

摘要 目的:研究妊娠期糖尿病患者胎盘中炎性因子和脂肪因子的表达量及其与糖脂代谢的关系。方法:选择在本院产科分娩的产妇进行研究,包括妊娠期糖尿病产妇45例和健康产妇45例,分别纳入研究的GDM组和对照组。收集胎盘并测定炎性因子、脂肪因子含量以及糖脂代谢指标,收集血清并测定血糖指标。结果:GDM组胎盘组织中炎性因子NF-kB、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、Leptin、Visfatin、RBP-4、Chemerin、Nesfatin-1的含量明显高于对照组,Adiponectin含量明显低于对照组;GDM组的FBG、FINS以及HOMA-IR均高于对照组,HOMA-β低于对照组,GDM组胎盘中IRS-1、ISR-2、FATP-4、EL、LPL、FABP-1、FABP-3、FABP-4、FABP-5的含量明显低于对照组;糖脂代谢指标与炎性因子、脂肪因子含量具有相关性。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者胎盘中炎性因子和脂肪因子表达量异常升高且与糖脂代谢指标具有相关性。 Objective:To study the expressions of inflammatory cytokines and fat factors in the placentas of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and their relationship with glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods:Data of maternal women who delivered in Obstetric Department of our hospital were studied,including 45 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients and 45 cases of healthy women,which were enrolled in the GDM group and the control group respectively.Placentas were collected and inflammatory factors detected,the contents of fatty factors and glucose and lipid metabolism indicators in serum were detected and blood glucose indexes were also determined.Results:Inflammation factors including NF-kB,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,leptin,visfatin,RBP-4,Chemerin and Nesfatin-1in GDM placental tissues were significantly higher than those of control group,while adiponectin content was significantly lower than that of control group.FBG,FINS and HOMA-IRG of GDM patients of were higher than those of the controls,while HOMA-βwas lower than control group.IRS-1,ISR-2,FATP-4,El,LPL,FABP-1,FABP-3,FABP-4and FABP-5contents were significantly lower in GDM patients' placentas than that in control group.Glycolipid metabolism indexes were relevant to inflammatory factors and fat factors contents.Conclusions:Expression of inflammatory cytokines and fat factors were abnormally increased in the placentas of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,and were associated with the indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism.
