摘要
目的研究糖化血红蛋白检测在糖尿病临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取该院在2020年6月—2021年11月收治的糖尿病患者64例作为观察组,另选取同时间段内在该院接受健康检查的64名血糖水平正常的健康人作为对照组。两组研究对象均接受空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂检查,对两组受检者的各项检查结果进行比较分析。结果观察组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糖化血红蛋白水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组高密度脂蛋白水平显著低于对照组,其余各项(低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇)检测值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过检测患者的空腹及餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白和血脂水平,可以对糖尿病患者的病情做出诊断,为临床诊治提供科学的参考依据。
Objective To study the application value of glycosylated hemoglobin detection in the clinical diagnosis of diabetes.Methods A total of 64 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 64 healthy people with normal blood glucose levels who received health checks in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group.Both groups of subjects received fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and blood lipids examinations.The test results of the two groups of subjects were compared and analyzed.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of high-density lipoprotein in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the detection values of other items(low-density lipoprotein,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol)were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By detecting the fasting and postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid levels of patients,the condition of diabetic patients can be diagnosed,and provide a scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
