摘要
东盟来华研究生是推进中国东盟关系深入合作的高级专门人才,科研能力培养是东盟来华研究生教育的核心任务。目前东盟来华研究生存在语言表达与理解能力、创新能力及问题发现与解决能力等科研能力欠缺问题。从个体层面分析,东盟来华研究生科研能力培养面临着语言障碍、学习动机障碍以及生师交流障碍等困境;从高校层面分析,东盟来华研究生科研能力受到课程设置不合理、导师国际化水平有待提升、科研考核体系亟待完善及科研质量把控困难等现实困境的制约。为此需要营造良好的学术环境,通过激发学生学习动机、建设东盟来华研究生新课程体系、打造国际化高水平导师团队、完善科研考核体系及实现教育精准化支持等路径,促使其科研综合能力得到有效提高。
ASEAN postgraduate students in China are senior professionals who promote the in-depth cooperation between China and ASEAN relations.The cultivation of scientific research capabilities is the core task of ASEAN postgraduate education in China.At present,ASEAN postgraduates coming to China suffer from lack of scientific research capabilities such as language expression and comprehension,innovation,a nd problem discovery and resolution.Analyzed from the individual perspective,their research capabilities are constrained by practical difficulties such as unreasonable curriculum settings,the need to improve the internationalization of tutors,the urgent need to improve the scientific research assessment system,and the difficulty in controlling the quality of scientific research.To this end,it is necessary to create a good academic environment to promote their comprehensive scientific research capabilities by stimulating their learning motivation,building a new curriculum system,creating an international high-level tutor team,improving the scientific research assessment system,and achieving precise education support.
