摘要
目的探讨基于5E教学的远程护理随访模式在膀胱癌尿路造口患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将90例膀胱癌尿路造口患者分为对照组(n=45,出院常规护理)和研究组(n=45,出院常规护理+基于5E教学的远程护理随访模式)。比较两组的干预效果。结果出院后3个月,研究组的自我护理知识知晓各项评分、自我护理能力各项评分及总分、生活质量评分、满意度高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于5E教学的远程护理随访模式可提升膀胱癌尿路造口患者的自我护理知识掌握情况、自我护理能力、生活质量及满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of remote nursing follow-up mode based on 5E teaching in continuous nursing of bladder cancer patients with urinary tract stoma. Methods Ninety bladder cancer patients with urinary tract stoma were divided into control group(n=45, discharge routine nursing) and study group(n=45, discharge routine nursing + remote nursing follow-up mode based on 5E teaching) useing random number table methed. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results Three months after discharge, self-care knowledge awareness scores, self-care ability scores and total score, quality of life score and satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The remote nursing follow-up mode based on 5E teaching can improve the mastery of self-care knowledge,self-care ability, quality of life and satisfaction of bladder cancer patients with urinary tract stoma, and reduce the incidence of complications.
