乏燃料后处理厂1AW暂存罐远距离取样系统设计及应用

摘要 根据乏燃料后处理厂1AW暂存罐内部有机废液放射性水平高、源项复杂的特点,设计了一套由三轴运动执行机构、液压机械臂、取样器组成的远距离取样系统。系统经过安装调试、冷试验后投入现场应用,成功获取了界面污物及底部沉积物样品。通过现场验证及对取样过程中的监测情况,结果显示系统取样能力及现场辐射防护措施得当,有效达到了设计目的。 According to the characteristics of high radioactive level and complicated source terms of organic waste liquid in the 1AW storage tank in the spent fuel reprocessing plant,he remote sampling system composed of three-axis moving actuator,hydraulic robot arm and sampler was designed.After installation,commissioning and cold test,the system is put into field application,and the interface dirt and bottom sediment samples were successfully obtained.Through on-site verification and monitoring during sampling,the results show that the sampling capability of the system and the radiation protection measures on site are proper,and the design purpose is effectively achieved.
