摘要
大黄为蓼科植物唐古特大黄、掌叶大黄或药用大黄的干燥根和根茎,被广泛应用于中医临床中,现代研究主要集中于化学成分、炮制方法、药理药效及质量控制等方面.现将从大黄基原考证、饮片炮制、化学成分、药理药效与质量控制等方面对大黄研究现状进行汇总,以期为大黄药材进一步开发利用提供参考依据.
Rhubarb is the dried root and rhizome of Rheum tanguticum,Rheum palmatum,Rheum officinale. As one of the four major Chinese medicines,it is widely used in the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. Modern research mainly focuses on chemical components,processing methods,pharmacological effects,toxicological effects,quality control,etc. This article summarizes the research status of rhubarb in terms of textual research,processed decoction pieces,chemical components,traditional pharmacological effects,quality control,etc. In order to provide reference and basis for the further development and utilization of rhubarb medicinal herbs.
