微波辅助法快速制备碳点并用于Cr^(6+)的灵敏检测

摘要 以葡萄糖作为碳源,硼酸作为硼掺杂的硼源,采用微波辅助法在几分钟内制备硼掺杂的固体荧光碳点,经离心、过滤对其进行提纯。该制备方法快速简单,经济环保。结合透射电镜、XRD、红外、紫外和荧光等分析测试手段对碳点的尺寸、形貌及光学性质进行表征。实验结果表明制备的碳点尺寸分布均匀,具有良好的光稳定性,其荧光猝灭程度与Cr^(6+)浓度呈现良好的线性关系,据此可用于Cr^(6+)浓度的快速灵敏测定,线性检测范围为0~90μmol/L。 A Solid fluorescent carbon dots materials were prepared via a facile microwave-assisted method using glucose as carbon source and boric acid as boron source.The preparation method is fast,simple and environmentally friendly.The size,morphology and optical properties of carbon dots were characterized by transmission electron microscopy,XRD,IR spectroscopy,UV-vis and fluorescence analysis.The results demonstrated that the carbon dots exhibited uniform size distribution,good photostability and sensitive response to Cr^(6+).Good linear relationship can be obtained in the range of 0~90μmol/L Cr^(6+).Based on this,a selective and sensitive fluorescence probe for Cr^(6+)detection has been established.
