摘要
某化工废水处理装置为日处理4800 m^(3)污水工程,设计将生化系统改造为A/O+MBR工艺,出水满足《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》(DB 21/1627-2008)要求水质标准,投产运行后出水满足排放水循环利用的要求。该处理系统中,膜生物反应器容积负荷高,污染物去除率高;系统污泥产量少,具有高效的固液分离作用;反应器内污泥浓度高,抗冲击负荷能力强,出水效果稳定,处理后的出水能够直接循环利用。
The design treatment capacity of the chemical wastewater treatment plant was 4800 m^(3)/d.The biological process had been replaced by A/O+MBR process system,which made the effluent indexes meet the comprehensive sewage discharge standard of Liaoning Province(DB 21/1627-2008).After commissioning,some of the effluent served as productive water for recycle.The high volume load of the MBR reactor contributes most to the high removal rate of contaminants;and the MBR technology can efficiently separate the solid and liquid,producing low contents of solid impurities in the effluent;the MBR system taking high sludge concentration has powerful resistance to the loading fluctuation.The effluent produced by updated treatment process can stably meet the discharge standard and can be recycled when necessary.
