磷酸铵镁法处理猪场废水的工艺优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 猪场废水属于高氨氮有机废水。采用磷酸铵镁化学沉淀法同步去除猪场废水中的氮磷,以氯化镁和磷酸钠作为沉淀剂,通过正交试验和单因素试验方法进行实验工艺条件的优化。结果表明,通过正交试验确定影响氨氮去除率的影响因素主次顺序是Mg与N物质的量之比>pH值>P与N物质的量之比;在正交试验的基础上,通过单因素试验确定磷酸铵镁沉淀法的最优工艺条件是:Mg与N物质的量之比为1.2,废水pH值为9.5,P与N物质的量之比为0.95,该条件下氨氮去除率达90%以上,废水中的残余磷浓度为50 mg/L左右;反应过程中回收的副产物磷酸铵镁晶体纯度达90%以上,可作为有机缓释肥料。 Piggery wastewater is a kind of organic wastewater with high concentration of ammonia nitrogen. The optimal conditions of removal process of ammonia nitrogen from piggery wastewater by magnesium ammonium phosphate( MAP) precipitation are studied by the orthogonal experiments and the single factor experiments. In these experiments,the magnesium chloride and sodium phosphate are used as precipitator. The orthogonal experiment results show that the order of predominated factors for combined removal rates of ammonia nitrogen is as follows: the mole rate of M/N the pH value mole rate of P/N. The single factor experiment results show that the optimal conditions of MAP precipitation are as follows: the mole ratio Mg/N is 1. 2; the pH value of the wastewater is 9.5 and the mole ratio of P/N is 0. 95. Under those conditions,removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches 90%,and the concentration of P in the wastewater is 50 mg/l. The purity of the MAP reaches 90%,and it could be used as organic slow release fertilizer.
