基于Petri网的船用脱硫塔系统安装分析与建模研究

摘要 为了解决船用脱硫塔系统改造安装工程中的组织调度问题,本文首先分析了船用脱硫塔安装、调试过程中的特点;基于离散事件动态系统理论,分析了船用脱硫塔系统安装过程中的不确定因素,建立了系统的概念模型。该模型以Petri网理论作为主要工具,用Petri网表现系统中各设备状态及作业活动之间的逻辑关系。最后通过plant simulation仿真软件在装置进场时间及安装时间不同的工况下进行仿真实验,探讨了提高船用脱硫塔系统改造安装工程效率的方法。 In order to solve the problem of organization and scheduling in the installation engineering of the marine desulfurization tower system,firstly,the characteristics of the marine desulfurization tower during installation and commissioning are analyzed in this paper.Based on the discrete event dynamical systems theory,the uncertain factors in the installation process of the marine desulfurization tower system are analyzed,and the conceptual model of the system is established,which uses Petri net theory as the main tool to express the logical relation between the equipment state and the operation activity in the system.At last,the method for improving the efficiency of renovating and installing the marine desulfurization tower system is discussed by the plant simulation software under different plant approach time and installation time.
