摘要
PROTECT-AF和PREVAIL研究证实左心耳封堵术在非瓣膜性心房颤动患者中预防脑卒中的效果不劣于华法林后,左心耳封堵术目前已成为心房颤动患者预防脑卒中的一项重要手段,一些联合左心耳封堵术的“一站式”手术也在临床上广泛开展。而心房颤动作为房间隔缺损的常见合并症,是否可以同期行房间隔缺损封堵术和左心耳封堵术,目前多个中心正在进行相关探索,现综合目前的相关文献进行综述。
After the PROTECT-AF study and PREVAIL study confirmed that left atrial appendage closure is not inferior to warfarin in the prevention of stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation,left atrial appendage closure has now become an important means of stroke prevention in patients with atrial fibrillation,and some“one-stop”operations combined with left atrial appendage closure have been widely carried out in clinic.Atrial fibrillation is a common complication of atrial septal defect,whether atrial septal defect occlusion and left atrial appendage closure can be performed at the same time,and many centers are currently exploring.This article reviews the current relevant literature.
