超声在冠心病合并房颤心功能诊断中应用价值研究

摘要 目的:探讨研究超声在冠心病合并房颤心功能诊断中应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2019年12月我院收治的冠心病合并房颤患者40例,作为研究组;选取同期来我院行健康体检的健康人群40例,作为对照组。针对两组的左心房大小(LAD)、最大左房容积(LAVmax)、最小左房容积(LAVmin)进行观察及对比。针对两组的相关二尖瓣血流频谱指标:舒张晚期最大心室充盈速度(A峰)、舒张早期最大心室充盈速度(E峰)、E/A、A峰速度时间的积分(A-VTI)、E峰速度时间的积分(E-VTI)及E峰减速的时间(DT)进行观察及对比。结果:研究组LAD、LAVmax、LAVmin均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组A峰、A-VTI及DT显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组E峰、E/A及E-VTI显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用超声可以准确有效的对冠心病合并房颤患者的相关心功能指标,可辅助临床医生更为准确的对冠心病合并房颤进行准确诊断,利于临床进行诊断及治疗。 Objective:to investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with atrial fibrillation.Methods:40 cases of coronary heart disease patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study group.40 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Left atrial size(LAD),maximum left atrial volume(LAVmax)and minimum left atrial volume(LAVmin)of the two groups were observed and compared.The related mitral flow spectrum indexes of the two groups:late diastolic maximum ventricular filling velocity(peak A),early diastolic maximum ventricular filling velocity(peak E),E/A,A peak velocity time integration(a-vti),E peak velocity time integration(e-vti)and E peak deceleration time(DT)were observed and compared.Results:LAD,LAVmax and LAVmin in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Peak A,a-vti and DT in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while peak E,E/A and e-vti in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of ultrasound can accurately and effectively evaluate the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease combined with atrial fibrillation,and can assist clinicians to accurately diagnose coronary heart disease combined with atrial fibrillation,which is conducive to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
