摘要
从2019年年底开始,团队介入武夷路重点项目之一的武夷320城市更新项目的改造工作。面对上海高密度中心城区特有的丰富的历史资源及复杂的空间环境,提出三大设计策略——以历史叠合为前提的建筑风貌改造、以社区共享为出发点的公共空间营造及以多元共荣为目标的复合功能引导,由此实现武夷320项目由空间零落到形象鲜明、封闭孤立到公共共享、业态落后到多元共荣的蜕变。
Since the end of 2019,we have been involved in the regeneration design of No.320,Wuyi Road which is one of the key projects of Wuyi Road’s promotion.Facing the unique rich historical resources and complex spatial environment of Shanghai’s high-density central urban area,we put forward three design strategies:the transformation of architectural style on the premise of historical layering,the construction of public space based on community sharing and the guidance of complex function with the goal of diversity and common prosperity.Therefore,the project has transfomed from scattered space to an overall and vivid image,closed and isolated space to public and sharing,backward business format to diversity and common prosperity.
