摘要
基于“海绵城市”建设要求下,既有小区海绵化改造工作不断推进,其可解决小区内涝积水问题,改善人居环境,发挥重要的生态、环境以及社会效益。首先从老旧小区和新建小区2个角度出发对既有小区特点加以分析,其后详细阐述了既有小区海绵化改造设计思路,最后围绕某新建小区海绵化改造设计案例展开探讨,以期可为类似工程提供有价值的参考。
Based on the requirements of the construction of sponge city,the sponge transformation of the existing community is continuously promoted,which can solve the problem of waterlogging and ponding in the community,improve the living environment and give play to important ecological,environmental and social benefits.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the existing community from the perspective of the old community and the new community,then expounds the sponge transformation design idea of the existing community in detail,and finally discusses the sponge transformation design case of a new community,which will provide a valuable reference for similar projects.
