摘要
目的:系统评价中医蜡疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果。方法:检索国内外9个数据库关于腰椎间盘突出症患者应用中医蜡疗的临床随机对照试验研究,参考Cochrane系统评价手册进行文献质量评价,应用Review Manager 5.4软件和Stata15.1软件进行绘图与Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇文献,737例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示:中医蜡疗组的治疗有效率[OR=2.96,95%CI(1.59,5.51),P=0.0006]与日本骨科协会下腰痛评分[WMD=3.27,95%CI(2.58,3.97),P<0.00001]均高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛视觉模拟评分[WMD=-1.13,95%CI(-1.34,-0.93),P<0.00001]低于对照组(P<0.05),主观满意度[OR=1.58,95%CI(0.64,3.91),P=0.32]无明显区别(P>0.05)。基于有效率的漏斗图经Begg检验无发表偏倚(P>0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者应用中医蜡疗具有良好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of paraffin therapy on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods: Clinical randomized controlled trials of paraffin therapy for patients with lumbar disc herniation were searched in 9 databases at home and abroad, referred to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews for literature quality evaluation, and used Review Manager 5.4 software and Stata 15.1 software for drawing and Meta-analysis. Results: A total of 10 articles(737 patients) were included. Meta-analysis results showed that effective rate of treatment [OR=2.96, 95%CI(1.59, 5.51), P=0.0006] and The Japanese orthopedics association score in paraffin group [WMD=3.27, 95%CI(2.58, 3.97), P<0.00001] were higher than the control group(P<0.05), visual analogue scale in paraffin group [WMD=-1.13, 95%CI(-1.34,-0.93), P<0.00001] was lower than the control group(P<0.05), subjective satisfaction [OR=1.58, 95%CI(0.64, 3.91), P=0.32] had no difference between two groups(P>0.05). Based on effective rate funnel chart tested by Begg showed that there was no publication bias in this study(P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine paraffin therapy on patients with lumbar disc herniation had a good clinical effect and was worthy of promotion and application.
