摘要
随着教育的深化改革,全国各高校积极开展创新创业教育,此举有利于培养创新型人才,也有利于把高校打造成培养具有实践创新能力的新场所。该文分析高职机械类在创新能力培养上存在的问题,并对相关的问题进行探索,创造性地提出了“以赛促教,以赛促学”的人才培养思路,以立德树人为根本,解决了高职机械类人才创新能力培养路径的问题,这为提高高职院校的办学能力,培养具有创新能力的人才,更好推进创新创业教育工作提供一些指导意见。
With the deepening reform of education,colleges and universities across the country are actively carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education.This is conducive to cultivating innovative talents,and it is also conducive to turning colleges and universities into new places with practical and innovative capabilities.This article analyzes the existing problems of higher vocational machinery in the cultivation of innovation ability,and explores related issues,creatively puts forward the talent training idea of"promoting teaching by competition,and promoting learning by competition",based on the foundation of morality and cultivation of people,To solve the problem of cultivating the innovation ability of mechanical talents in higher vocational colleges,which provides some guidance for improving the ability of higher vocational colleges to run schools,cultivating talents with innovative ability,and better promoting the education of innovation and entrepreneurship.
