摘要
目的肺癌化疗患者接受延续护理的预后效果。方法择选2018年7月至2020年5月于本院接受化疗的82例肺癌患者为研究病例,依据随机双盲法以及单组区间41例标准划分为对照组、研究组;对照组给予常规性护理,研究组基于对照组另开展延续护理,对比分析两组患者护理后的化疗依从性以及生活质量评分。结果研究组患者在正确用药、导管维护、自我护理、康复训练、定期复诊方面的依从性均高于对照组,组间可见统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组患者在躯体、情绪、认知、角色以及社会方面的评分均高于对照组,组间可见统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗患者在常规护理的基础上接受延续护理,有利于提高患者的化疗依从性,对其获取更好的生活质量有积极意义。
Objective:The prognostic effect of lung cancer chemotherapy patients receiving continuous care.Methods:A total of 82 lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study cases,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the randomized double-blind method and the standard of 41 cases in a single group interval;the group was given routine nursing care,and the study group carried out continuation nursing based on the control group,and compared and analyzed the chemotherapy compliance and quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing.Results:The compliance of patients in the study group in correct medication,catheter maintenance,self-care,rehabilitation training,and regular follow-up visits was higher than that in the control group,and statistical differences were seen between the groups(P<0.05);patients in the study group were physically and emotionally.The scores of cognition,role and social aspects were higher than those of the control group,and statistical differences were seen between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lung cancer chemotherapy patients receiving continuation care on the basis of routine care are beneficial to improve the patients'compliance with chemotherapy and have a positive meaning for them to obtain a better quality of life.
