摘要
新媒体环境下高校图书馆组织文化建设意义重大。为了提升高校图书馆组织文化建设效果,以新媒体环境下高校图书馆组织文化建设的问题出发,对如何建设图书馆组织文化提出建议,以适应新形势的发展要求。
Under the new media environment,the organizational culture construction of university library is of great significance.In order to improve the effect of the organizational culture construction,starting from the existing problems under the new media environment,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to build the organizational culture of library,so as to meet the development requirements of the new situation.
