埋地输气管道弱磁应力外检测技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 工作载荷与附加载荷长期作用引起的应力损伤严重影响了管道的安全运行。针对埋地输气管道的应力检测,就管道弱磁应力外检测技术展开研究。通过建立管道应力集中区等效的磁偶极子模型,利用Matlab软件进行了法向分量B;与切向分量B;的数值模拟,得出了应力集中区的磁场分量的分布特征。对长庆油田所辖的南七线2 km输气管道进行管道弱磁应力外检测,结合仿真分析所得出的应力集中区的磁场分布特征,检测出6处中等风险的应力损伤,14处低风险的应力损伤。利用接触式金属磁记忆检测仪(MMM)对选取的2个特征点进行开挖检测,2个开挖坑的MMM检测结果皆与管道弱磁应力外检测结果相互吻合。结果表明:管道弱磁应力外检测技术是一种有效检测管道应力损伤的新技术,能预判管道危害的发生,对管道保护及安全管理具有重要协助作用。 The long-term stress damage caused by working load and additional load seriously affects the safe operation of the pipeline. Aimed at the stress detection of buried gas pipelines, the research was carried out on the pipeline weak magnetic stress external detection technology. By establishing the equivalent magnetic dipole model of the pipeline stress concentration zone, the numerical simulation of the normal component B;and the tangential component B;was carried out using Matlab software, and the distribution characteristics of the magnetic field components in stress concentration zone were obtained. A weak magnetic stress external detection on the Nanqi line 2 km gas pipeline under Changqing Oilfield combined with the magnetic field distribution characteristics of the stress concentration area obtained from the above-mentioned simulation analysis, 6 medium-risk stress damages and 14 low-risk stress damages were detected. The contact metal magnetic memory(MMM) detector was used to conduct excavation detection on two selected feature points. The MMM detection results of the two excavated pits were consistent with the pipeline weak magnetic stress external detection results. Results showed that the pipeline weak magnetic stress external detection technology was a new technology that could effectively detect pipeline stress damages, predict pipeline hazards and thus played an important role in assisting the safety management of pipelines.
