基于逆磁致伸缩效应的铁磁构件应力检测方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于逆磁致伸缩效应的铁磁构件应力测试是一种新的应力无损检测方法,灵敏度低是目前该技术工程化推广应用的瓶颈。针对铁磁构件应力难以检测的问题,提出基于逆磁致伸缩效应的方法对应力进行检测。基于铁磁材料的逆磁致伸缩效应,研制出一种磁各向异性六极探头传感器,并通过对铁磁平板试件单向静载拉伸实验验证其有效性。结果表明,磁各向异性六极探头传感器可以有效检测铁磁平板试件的应力集中位置,且应力与磁信号存在较好的的线性相关性,这为铁磁构件应力检测提供了一条新思路。 The stress test of ferromagnetic members based on the inverse magnetostrictive effect is a new method of stress non-destructive testing.The low sensitivity is the bottleneck of the current engineering application.Aiming at the problem that the stress of ferromagnetic members is difficult to detect,a method based on inverse magnetostriction effect was proposed to detect the stress.Based on the inverse magnetostrictive effect of ferromagnetic materials,a magnetic anisotropic hexapole probe sensor was developed,The effectiveness of the method was verified by tensile test of ferromagnetic plate under one direction static load.The results show that the magnetic anisotropic hexapole probe sensor can effectively detect the stress concentration position of ferromagnetic plate specimens.Moreover,there is a good linear correlation between stress and magnetic signal,which provides a new idea for stress detection of ferromagnetic components.
