棒材作业区带肋钢筋切分工艺技术改进与创新

摘要 宣钢棒材热轧线切分轧制工艺存在的料型不稳定,进口导管起粘皮、导卫进口夹持不稳等工艺和设备问题,技术人员通过现场数据收集、整理及要因分析,最终确认了问题产生的主要原因。本文介绍了宣钢棒材生产线的现状,针对切分轧制过程中存在的问题提出了工艺和设备的改进措施。通过优化切分工艺和成品孔型,对导卫系统、活套设备和关键设备进行优化改造,消除了棒材生产线切分轧制过程中的问题隐患,提高了棒材生产线的作业率及成材率等技术经济指标。 There are process and equipment problems in slitting rolling process of Xuangang bar hot rolling production line,such as the instability of the bar shape,the sticking skin of the inlet conduit and the instability of the clamping of the guide guard inlet etc.,the technicians finally confirmed the main cause of the problem through on-site data collection and sorting,the key cause analysis. This paper introduces the current situation of the bar hot rolling production line of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward the improvement measures of process and equipment according to the problems existing in slitting rolling process. Through optimizing slitting technics and finished pass,and optimization transforming of guide system,looper equipment and key equipment,eliminated the hidden trouble in slitting rolling process of the bar production line,and improved the technical and economic indexes such as the operation rate and yield of the bar production line.
