摘要
在LF精炼中进行钢水钙处理是提高钢水纯净度和可浇性的重要措施,但钙处理效果受到多种因素影响。本文以宣钢20CrMnTi(低硫)齿轮钢在LF精炼过程中钙处理工艺为研究对象,运用Factsage软件计算在平衡模块下,钢中总[O]含量、[Al]含量、温度等因素对钙处理过程的影响。结果表明:随着钢中[O]含量的增加,夹杂物“液态窗口”下限范围上升、上限范围上升,控制范围越来越宽;随着钢中[Al]铝含量的增加,夹杂物“液态窗口”范围区间变小;随着钢液温度的增加,夹杂物“液态窗口”下限范围下降、上限范围上升,控制范围越来越宽。
Calcium treatment for molten steel during the LF furnace refining process is an important measure to improve the pure degree and castability of molten steel,but the effect of calcium treatment is affected by many factors. This paper takes the calcium treatment process of 20CrMnTi(low sulfur)gear steel of Xuangang in LF refining process as the research object,Factsage software is used to calculate the influence of main factors such as total [O] content and [Al] content in molten steel,and temperature on the calcium treatment process under the balance module. The results show: with the increase of [O]content in molten steel,the lower limit and upper limit of inclusion“liquid window”rise,and the control range becomes wider and wider;with the increase of [Al] content in molten steel,the range of inclusion“liquid window”becomes smaller;with the increase of molten steel temperature,the lower limit range of inclusion“liquid window”decreases,the upper limit range rises,and the control range becomes wider and wider.
