摘要
钙处理工艺是铝镇静钢生产过程中的一道关键工序,将铝脱氧钢中高熔点尖晶石类夹杂物和硫化钙等变性为低熔点的钙铝酸盐,用来解决水口堵塞问题。目前行业通用无缝钙线、硅钙线、钙铁线进行钙处理,不仅增加了生产制造成本,还污染钢液和现场环境。文章研究基于硅铁代替喂钙线进行钙处理的可行性分析,进行四轮阶段性试验。结果表明了该工艺的可行性和稳定性。在精炼脱S后期配加2~3 kg/t硅铁,可使中包Ca含量稳定在(15~20)×10^(-6),钢水可浇性良好;硅铁回收率对比降低1.4,Mn回收率增加2.1;电石、铝制品消耗略有降低;试验炉次较对比组到站温度高6℃,离站温度高1.2℃,加热时间降低4.6 min,取消钙线钙处理对温降和环保均有较大的优势;在稳定铸坯质量、保证生产顺行前提下,给企业带来了可观的经济效益(降本约4元/t,仅耐候钢即可实现年降本600万元)和社会效益(环保方面),对推动钢铁行业绿色可持续发展及生态环境保护具有重要意义。
Calcium treatment process is a key process in the production of aluminum killed steel.High melting point spinel inclusions and calcium sulfide in aluminum deoxidized steel are modified into low melting point calcium aluminate to solve the problem of nozzle blockage.At present,the industry uses seamless calcium wire,silicon calcium wire and calcium iron wire for calcium treatment,which not only increases the production cost,but also pollutes the liquid steel and the on-site environment.This study is based on the feasibility analysis of calcium treatment with ferrosilicon instead of calcium wire feeding.The results of four rounds of stage tests show the feasibility and stability of the process.Adding 2~3 kg/t ferrosilicon in the later stage of refining and desulphurization can stabilize the Ca content in the tundish at 15-20ppm and have good castability of molten steel;the recovery of ferrosilicon decreased by 1.4 and the recovery of Mn increased by 2.1;the consumption of calcium carbide and aluminum products decreased slightly;compared with the control group,the arrival temperature of the test furnace is 6℃higher,the departure temperature is 1.2℃higher,and the reheating time is reduced by 4.6min.Canceling the calcium wire feeding for calcium treatment has great advantages in temperature drop and environmental protection;on the premise of stabilizing slab quality and ensuring smooth production,it has brought considerable economic benefits(cost reduction of about RMB 4 Yuan/t,annual cost reduction of RMB 6 million Yuan can be achieved only for weather resistant steel)and social benefits(environmental protection),which is of great significance to promote the green and sustainable development of iron and steel industry and ecological environment protection.
