摘要
目的:探讨个体化综合护理应用于雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎患儿中的效果。方法:选择2018年3月—2021年3月在该院进行雾化吸入治疗的60例小儿肺炎患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用个体化综合护理,比较两组患儿肺功能指标、临床症状改善时间、不良情绪评分、护理满意度。结果:护理后,研究组FEV1、FVC、PEF高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组体温恢复、咳嗽消失、气促缓解、肺部湿性啰音消失、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:个体化综合护理可以改善患儿的肺功能指标,缓解改善患儿的焦虑、抑郁程度,且患者护理满意度高。
Objective: To explore the effect of individualized comprehensive nursing in the treatment of children with pneumonia by atomization inhalation. Methods: A total of 60 children with pneumonia treated by aerosol inhalation in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 in each. The control group was cared for by the usual care method, the study group was given individualized comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. The pulmonary function indexes, clinical symptom improvement time, bad mood score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.. Results: After nursing, FEV1, FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The body temperature recovery, cough disappearance, shortness of breath, pulmonary moist rales disappearance and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in the study group were lower, and the nursing satisfaction was higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Individualized comprehensive care can improve children’s lung function indicators, improve children’s anxiety and depression, and have high nursing satisfaction.
