摘要
为了探索苦丁茶在治疗结肠癌方面的作用,本研究应用网络药理学技术,在中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台检索苦丁茶药物信息及作用靶点,筛选出苦丁茶中的有效药物成分,使用Genecards下载结肠癌中关键疾病基因靶点,通过R语音分析苦丁茶主要活性成分的作用靶点与结肠癌相关基因的联系.筛选出的有效药物成分包括丁子香萜,槲皮素,β-谷甾醇,儿茶素,儿茶素没食子酸酯和山奈酚.苦丁茶有效抗结肠癌成分主要作用的信号通路有缺氧诱导因子1信号通路、T细胞受体信号通路、肿瘤坏死因子通路等,涉及的生物学功能包括细胞核受体活性、配体激活转录因子活性和过氧化物酶活性等.因而,苦丁茶具有防治结肠癌的潜在药效.
In the report,in order to elucidate the function of Ilex Kudingcha in the treatment of colon cancer,Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database and analysis platform(TCMSP)was used to search the bitter butyl tea information and drug targets,and screen the main effective drug components of I. Kudingcha. Genecards was used to download the gene targets of key diseases in colon cancer. R was used to analyze the relationship between the targets of the main active components of I. Kudingcha and colon cancer related genes. Six effective components,mairin,beta-sitosterol,quercetin,(+)-catechin,(-)-Catechin gallate,and kaempferol were obtained. The signaling pathway involving the function of the effective components include HIF-1 signaling pathway,T cell receptor signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,etc.,whose biological functions involve nuclear receptor activity,ligand-activated transcription factor activity,and peroxidase activity,etc. The results suggested that the active components of I. Kudingcha have potential effect on preventing colon cancer.
