摘要
云南某矿山浮选尾矿磁选后的磁铁精矿中金品位大约在1 g/t、银品位大约在(3~5) g/t,为有效回收磁铁精矿中贵金属,前期采用添加氰化物直接浸出方法,金、银浸出率较低,大约在50%~60%左右,此次试验研究系统性的开展氰化条件试验,在磨矿细度-0.038 mm占90.11%,氰化钠用量3 kg/t,液固比3∶1,石灰pH值11,浸出时间36 h,搅拌转速1 000 r/min,硝酸铅用量300 g/t条件下,金平均浸出率为75.76%,银平均浸出率为50.74%,试验指标较为理想,为该磁铁精矿的开发利用提供了技术依据。
One magnetite concentrate is produced by magnetic separation of flotation tailings from one Yunnan mine,in the magnetite concentrate,the gold grade is about 1 g/t,the silver grade is about(3~5)g/t,in order to efficient recycling of the precious metal in magnetite concentrate,at the earlier stage,the method that cyanide adding and direct leaching was adopted,the leaching rate of gold and silver was low,it's about 50%~60%,therefore,the systematic cyanidation condition test was carried out,and test indicators were better,the average leaching rate of gold is 75.76%,the average leaching rate of silver is 50.74%when the grounding fineness is-0.038 mm,took up 90.11%,the dosage of sodium cyandie is 3 kg/t,the liquid-solid ratio is 3:1,the pH value of lime is 11,the leaching time is 36 h,the stirring speed is 1000 r/min,the dosage of lead nitrate is 300 g/t,it provided technical basis for development and utilization of magnetite concentrate.
