摘要
对用氰化法从高铜、高铅金精矿中提取金、银进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在氰化浸出时,采用CaO+NH4HCO3作为pH调整剂,同时加入SD助浸剂,可有效地提高金、银的氰化浸出率。与常规氰化法相比,金、银的氰化浸出率分别提高15.85%和30.44%。氰化尾渣用浮选法选铅,焙烧—酸浸法回收硫和铜,酸浸渣作为制备水泥原料,实现了金精矿所有组分的综合回收利用。
The experimental investigation on eyanidtion for recovering gold and silver from gold concentrates conraining high copper and lead was conducted. The results showed that gold and silver recoveries could efficiently be increased during cyanidation by adding Cao + NH4 HCO3 as pH adjusting agent and SD as aid leaching agent. The gold and silver recoveries are increased respectively 15.85% and 30.44% in comparison with conventional cyanidation. Recovering lead by flotation, extracting sulfur by roasting-acid leaching from cyanidad tailing and producing cement with acid leached residue fully utiliz mineral resources.
