摘要
《伤寒杂病论》中,当归的主要功用为补阴血、温通发散、活血止痛,其中芎归胶艾汤、当归芍药散、当归散用当归补血养血、行气止血、濡养胎元;麻黄升麻汤用当归宣肃肺气、降逆止咳;薯蓣丸用当归补益阴血,与山药配伍发挥补五脏、生肌肉、补虚劳诸不足的作用;乌梅丸、奔豚汤用当归调养厥阴、少阳血气,疏木润燥;当归贝母苦参丸用当归和血润燥;当归四逆汤、当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤用当归润内寒、助心散寒;续命汤、侯氏黑散用当归滋润滑泽、养血行气,缓解中风痉证;当归生姜羊肉汤、当归建中汤、温经汤用当归活血行气、温中止痛;赤小豆当归散用当归充养血脉,降过旺之心火;升麻鳖甲汤用当归行气止痛、排脓除恶疮。当归滋润滑泽,其体为阴,气升味甘,其用为阳,故既能养血熄风、温通发散,使血畅脉通,又能养阴血而充五脏,回逆冷而起细微,缓急痛而安胎产,凡血虚络瘀风动之证,均可用之。
In Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,the main functions of Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis) are tonifying yin and blood,warming and dredging and dispersing,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.Among them,Danggui in Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Chinese Angelica and and Colla Corii Asini and Folium Artemisiae Argyi Decoction,Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder,Chinese Angelica Powder are mainly used to replenish blood,nourish blood,move qi,stop bleeding and nurture fetal origin.In Ephedra and Cimicifuga Decoction,Danggui is used to ventilate the lung qi,suppress upward perversion of qi to relieve cough.In Dioscorea Pill,Danggui is used to replenish yin and blood,and is compatible with Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae) to play the role of tonifying the five internal organs,generating muscles,and tonifying deficiency and fatigue.In Mume Pill and Decoction for Running-Pig Syndrome,Danggui is used to regulate and nourish reverting yin,and lesser yang blood and qi,to disperse the wood and moisten the wind and dryness.In Chinese Angelica and Bulbus Fritillariae and Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Pill,Danggui is used to harmonize blood and moisten dryness.In Chinese Angelica Frigid Extremities Decoction,Chinese Angelica Frigid Extremities Decoction combined with Fructus Evodiae and Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens Decoction,Danggui is used to moisten the internal cold and help the heart disperse the cold pathogen.In Life-Saving Decoction,Master Hou′s Black Powder,Danggui is used to moisturize,nourish blood and move qi,and alleviate stroke spasm.In Danggui ginger mutton soup,Chinese Angelica Center-Fortifying Decoction,Channel-Warming Decoction,Danggui is used to promote blood circulation and qi circulation,and to warm middle energizer and relieve pain.In Semen Phaseoli and Chinese Angelica Powder,Danggui is used to replenish blood vessels and reduce excessive heart fire.In Cimicifuga and Turtle Shell Decoction,Danggui is used to move qi,relieve pain,expel pus and remove acne.Danggui is moist and glossy.Its essence i
