摘要
目的观察复方黄柏液对带状疱疹急性期皮损的临床疗效。方法收集2018年7月—2020年7月重庆市渝北区人民医院收治的100例急性期带状疱疹患者,随机均分成试验组和对照组。2组在采用常规抗病毒、镇痛、营养神经作为基础治疗上,对照组加用3%硼酸溶液湿敷,试验组加用复方黄柏液及3%硼酸溶液交替湿敷,每次20 min,每日4次,连续14 d。记录2组患者治疗前后皮损评分,局部皮疹止疱时间,结痂时间,痊愈时间以及局部并发症的发生情况。结果试验组治疗前后皮损评分为(9.72±2.84)分VS(1.48±1.02)分,对照组治疗前后皮损评分为(9.62±2.76)分VS(3.86±1.03)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其次,无论是皮疹止疱时间[(6.260±0.965)d VS(8.000±0.756)d]、结痂时间[(8.020±0.845)d VS(11.760±1.170)d]及愈合时间(10.620±1.276)d VS(13.300±0.614)d,试验组均短于对照组,且试验组出现皮损继发感染几率更小(χ^(2)=4.762,P=0.029)。结论复方黄柏液湿敷对治疗急性期带状疱疹皮疹、促进皮疹愈合以及预防感染有良好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of wet compress of compound Huangbai solution on the patients with acute herpes zoster Lesions.Methods 100 patients with acute herpes zoster admitted to People’s Hospital of Chongqing Yubei District from July 2018 to July 2020 were randomly and evenly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were treated with conventional antiviral,analgesic and nutritive nerve as the basic treatment.The control group was also treated with 3%boric acid solution wet compress,and the experimental group was also treated with wet compress of compound Huangbai solution and 3%boric acid solution alternately wet compress,20 minutes each time,4 times a day,14 consecutive days.The changes of skin lesions before and after treatment,the skin lesion scores,the time to stop blisters,the time to scab,the time to heal and the occurrence of local complications of the local rash were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The skin lesion scores of experimental group in pretherapy and posttreatment was(9.72±2.84)VS(1.480±1.020),the skin lesion scores of control group in pretherapy and post-treatment was(9.62±2.76)VS(3.860±1.030),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,whether the blister-stop time(6.260±0.965)d VS(8.000±0.756)d,or scab formation time(8.020±0.845)d VS(11.760±1.170)d,or healing time(0.620±1.276)d VS(13.300±0.614)d,the experimental group was shorter than the control group,meanwhile,the incidence of skin lesions secondary infection in the experimental group was also lower than control group(χ^(2)=4.762,P=0.029).Conclusion Wet compress of compound Huangbai solution has a good effect on the treatment of acute herpes zoster rash,and can promote the healing of rash and prevent infection,which is worthy of clinical application.
