摘要
甲酯甲酯是甲醇的重要衍生产品,具有广泛用途。目前,甲酯甲酯的合成方法主要有甲醇酯化法、甲醇催化脱氢法、甲醇氧化脱氢法、二甲醚法等。文章介绍了我国甲酸甲酯合成技术的研究进展,提出不断完善和改进现有催化剂的制备工艺,以提高催化剂的性能、减少副产物的生成和对环境的污染、降低生产成本,并积极开发新型催化剂体系和生产工艺等建议。
Methyl formate is an important derivative of methanol with a wide range of uses.At present,the synthesis methods of methyl ester mainly include methanol esterification method,methanol catalytic dehydrogenation method,methanol oxidation dehydrogenation method,dimethyl ether method,etc.Each method has its own characteristics.The synthesis technology research progress of methyl formate in China was introduced.Suggestions for the development of methyl formate in China were put forward,such as improving the performance of catalyst,reducing the generation of by-products and environmental pollution,reducing the production cost,and actively developing new catalyst system and production process.
