固定化技术在燃料乙醇发酵生产中的应用与研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 燃料乙醇作为一种生物质能源近年来被广泛研究,固定化酵母因具有发酵效率高、出酒率高和经济效益好等优点被广泛应用到燃料乙醇发酵过程的研究和生产之中。综述了细胞固定化技术在燃料乙醇发酵领域的研究进展,介绍了燃料乙醇发酵过程中常用的细胞固定化方法及特点、固定化生物反应器的研究现状,分析了细胞固定化技术在燃料乙醇发酵研究和生产中的应用情况及目前存在的问题,最后提出了对细胞固定化技术发展方向的看法。 Fuel ethanol as a kind of biomass energy has attracted increasing attention and been broadly studied in recent years.Immobilized yeast is widely used in the research and production of fuel ethanol fermentation process because of its high fermentation efficiency,high alcohol yield,good economic benefits and so on.In this review,we present the research progress of cell immobilization technology in fuel ethanol fermentation.The methods and characteristics of cell immobilization commonly used in fuel ethanol fermentation and the research status of immobilized bioreactors were introduced.The application of cell immobilization technology in the research and production of fuel ethanol fermentation and the existing problems are analyzed which could facilitate the further improvement of ethanol fermentation production.Finally,the development direction of cell immobilization technology is put forward.
