摘要
随着电子制造业的蓬勃发展,基层管理人员的工作压力问题受到了关注。本研究以典型电子制造企业的基层管理人员为抽样人群,在职业压力量表(Occupational Stress Inventory,OSI)的基础上,通过访谈法、两步问卷法分析工作压力构成,得到了工作本身、员工关系、职业生涯发展、工作环境和氛围、工作与家庭冲突、经济压力6个一级指标,分别对应25个二级指标。基于问卷结果,通过因子分析法和熵值法得到指标的权重,构建了工作压力评价模型,为研究电子制造业基层管理人员的工作压力提供了定量的分析依据。
With the prosperity and development of electronic manufacturing industry,the work stress of primary-level managers has attracted attention of society.Taking the primary-level managers of typical electronic manufacturing enterprises as the sample population,based on the Occupational Stress Inventory(OSI),this paper analyzes the composition of work stress through interview and two-step questionnaire,and obtains six primary indicators:work type,employee relations,career development,working environment and atmosphere,work-family balance problems and economic stress,corresponding to 25 secondary indicators respectively.Based on the questionnaire results,the weight of the index is obtained by factor analysis and entropy evaluation method,and the work pressure evaluation model is constructed,providing a quantitative analysis basis for the study of the work pressure of primary-level managers in electronic manufacturing industry.
