摘要
目的 探讨康柏西普联合不同手术方案治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)的效果。方法 150例PDR患者随机分为两组。两组均给予康柏西普+玻璃体切除术+白内障超声乳化治疗,对照组采用同期手术方案,观察组采用序贯手术方案,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 两组的视力改善率、 BCVA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的术中灌注液填充比例低于对照组,前房渗出、血管性青光眼、一过性高眼压发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 康柏西普联合同期手术或序贯手术均可改善PDR患者的视力,但同期手术易引起炎性反应,前房渗出及血管性青光眼的发生率较高。
Objective To explore the effects of conbercept combined with different surgical plans in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR). Methods 150 PDR patients were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with conbercept+ vitrectomy + cataract phacoemulsification. The control group received simultaneous surgery plan, and the observation group received sequential surgery plan. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results No significant difference was found in visual acuity improvement rate and BCVA between the two groups(P >0.05). The proportion of intraoperative perfusate filling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the incidences of anterior chamber exudation, vascular glaucoma and transient intraocular hypertension were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Conbercept combined with simultaneous surgery or sequential surgery can improve vision of patients with PDR, but simultaneous surgery is likely to cause inflammatory reactions,and the incidences of anterior chamber exudation and vascular glaucoma are higher.
