Objective To explore the effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods 100 cases of patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with phacoemulsification, and the observation group was treated with trabeculectomy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity were higher than those in the control group, the depth of the central anterior chamber was greater than that in the control group, and the intraocular pressure was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract has ideal effect and high safety, which can improve the intraocular pressure and depth of the central anterior chamber of patients, and is conducive to the recovery of vision.
