摘要
2011~2020年,山西省数字经济与经济高质量发展的耦合协调度持续上升,且表现出晋中地区>晋南地区>晋北地区的区域特征。山西省应进一步提升数字经济的整体实力,促进数字经济与传统产业的融合;促进区域之间的协调发展,避免资源过度集中于个别城市;加强山西与周边地区、沿海发达地区的合作,更好地发挥协同联动效应;注重科技和教育整体水平的提升,提升山西省数字经济和经济高质量发展的软环境。
From 2011 to 2020,the digital economy index and high-quality economic development index of Shanxi Province both showed a growth trend,but there was obvious regional heterogeneity that Central Shanxi was greater than Southern Shanxi and Southern Shanxi was greater than Northern Shanxi.Shanxi should further enhance the overall strength of digital economy and promote the penetration of digital economy and traditional industries;promote coordinated development among regions and avoid excessive concentration of resources in individual cities;strengthen the cooperation between Shanxi and its surrounding areas and coastal developed areas,giving better play to the synergy effect;pay attention to the improvement of the overall level of science and technology and education,improving the soft environment of digital economy and high-quality economic development in Shanxi Province.
