摘要
目的:分析多囊卵巢和代谢综合征中抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平与窦卵泡计数(AFC)之间的相关性.方法:选取2018年3月~2021年3月我院收治的119例多囊卵巢合并代谢综合征患者和同期于我院健康体检的60例健康女性分别作为观察组、对照组.采集并比较两组一般资料、基础指标以及AMH、AFC,分析多囊卵巢和代谢综合征中AMH、AFC之间相关性,并采用ROC曲线分析AMH、AFC对多囊卵巢合并代谢综合征发生的预测价值.结果:与对照组对比,观察组BMI、WHR、SBP、DBP、T、FPG、TG、FINS、HOMA-IR升高,HDL降低,两组比较具有统计学差异.与对照组比较,观察组AMH、AFC升高,两组比较具有统计学差异.AMH与T、FPG、TG、FINS、HOMA-IR之间均表现为正相关,AMH与HDL之间表现为负相关.AFC与T、FPG、TG、FINS、HOMA-IR之间均表现为正相关,AFC与HDL之间表现为负相关.AMH与APC之间表现为正相关.ROC曲线显示,与AMH、AFC单项预测对比,两项联合对多囊卵巢合并代谢综合征发生的预测价值较高.结论:多囊卵巢和代谢综合征中AMH、AFC水平变化与性激素、血糖、血脂改变相关,且两者正相关,可用于临床潜在代谢综合征的预测.
Objective To analyze the correlation between the levels of Anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)and Antral follicle count(AFC)in polycystic ovary and metabolic syndrome.Methods The 119 patients with polycystic ovary with metabolic syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 and 60 healthy women in the health examination during the same period were selected as the observation group and control group respectively.The two groups of general data,basic metrics and AMH and AFC were collected and compared to analyze the correlation between AMH and AFC in polycystic ovary and metabolic syndrome,and used the ROC curve to analyze the predictive value of AMH and AFC for the occurrence of polycystic ovary combined with metabolic syndrome.Results Compared with the control group,BMI,WHR,SBP,DBP,T,FPG,TG,fins and HOMA-IR increased and HDL decreased in the observation group.Compared with the control group,AMH and AFC in the observation group increased,and there was significant difference between the two groups.There was a positive correlation between AMH and T,FPG,TG,fins and HOMA-IR,and a negative correlation between AMH and HDL.There was a positive correlation between AFC and T,FPG,TG,fins and HOMA-IR,and a negative correlation between AFC and HDL.There was a positive correlation between AMH and APC.ROC curve showed that compared with the single prediction of AMH and AFC,the combination of the two items had higher value in predicting the occurrence of polycystic ovary complicated with metabolic syndrome.Conclusion Changes in AMH and AFC levels in polycystic ovary and metabolic syndrome are associated with altered sex hormones,blood glucose and lipids and positively,which can be used for prediction of clinical potential metabolic syndrome.
