摘要
基于HY-8000时间同步系统改造白市水电厂原有时钟系统,探讨此系统采用多同步源自适应同步技术、双CPU并行处理时间报文输出技术、高精度守时时钟、高精度调频算法、先进驯服技术和仪器提高时间基准的精度和时间同步的准确度,从而提高对智能电网事故分析判断和检测的准确性。
The original clock system of Baishi hydropower plant is reconstructed based on hy-8000 time synchronization system. This system adopts multi synchronization source adaptive synchronization technology, dual CPU parallel processing time message output technology, high-precision punctual clock, high-precision frequency modulation algorithm, advanced tame technology and instruments to improve the accuracy of time reference and time synchronization, so as to improve the accuracy of Smart Grid Accident analysis, judgment and detection.
