摘要
目的 观察冠心病患者应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的效果。方法 选取2019年8月—2020年8月高唐县人民医院收治的冠心病患者共计88例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法划分为观察组和对照组各44例,两组均提供包括吸氧、扩血管药物、利尿剂、钙拮抗剂等基础治疗。对照组应用曲美他嗪治疗;观察组应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组治疗效果,检测两组患者的血脂水平、心绞痛缓解情况以及临床效果。结果 观察组患者总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%;观察组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间少于对照组;观察组的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病患者应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,可提升治疗总有效率,更好控制心绞痛,临床疗效更理想。
Objective To observe the treatment of coronary heart disease with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine. Methods A total of 88 patients treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital with coronary heart disease from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the subjects of study. Two groups were divided according to the random number table method,with 44 patients in observation group and 44 patients in control group. Basic treatment including oxygen inhalation,vasodilator,diuretics and calcium antagonists were provided for both groups. Trimetazidine were used in the control group. Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine were used in the observation group. The blood lipid level,angina relief and clinical effect were measured by comparing the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 9 5. 4 5 %,which was higher than that of the control group 8 1. 8 2 %. T he number of angina attacks、duration in observation group were less than those of the control group. T he T C,T G,LD L-C,H D L-C in observation group were lower than those of the control group. T here was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine were freoted with coronary heart disease pations can improve the total effective rate of treatment,control angina better and achieve more ideal clinical effect.
