摘要
目的 观察全程优质护理在新生儿护理中的干预效果,为新生儿的临床护理提供参考方案。方法 选取2019年7月—2020年12月在高唐县人民医院出生的96例新生儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受全程优质护理。比较两组新生儿的体温变化、新生儿出保温箱的时间及家长护理满意率。结果 观察组体温变化为(0.51±0.17)℃,小于对照组的(0.94±0.36)℃;观察组出保温箱时间为(16.51±1.17)h,短于对照组的(18.94±1.36)h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长护理总满意率为97.92%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全程优质护理在新生儿护理中的应用,能够降低体温变化程度,缩短出保温箱时间,提高家长护理满意率,同时对产妇实施护理干预,可以在全程护理过程中,充分满足产妇以及新生儿的实际需求,体现了人性化护理,促进了新生儿的健康发育,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of whole course high-quality nursing in neonatal nursing,so as to provide a reference scheme for neonatal clinical nursing. Methods From July 2019 to December 2020,96 newborns born in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received whole course high-quality nursing. The temperature changes of newborns,the time of newborns out of the incubator and the nursing satisfaction rate of parents were compared between the two groups. Results The change of body temperature in the observation group was(0.51±0.17)℃,which was less than that in the control group with(0.94±0.36)℃;the time of leaving the incubator in the observation group was(16.51 ±1.17)h,which was shorter than that in the control group with(18.94±1.36)h,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 81.25% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of whole course high-quality nursing in neonatal nursing could reduce the change degree of body temperature,shorten the time of leaving the incubator,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate of parents.At the same time,nursing intervention for pregnant women could fully meet the actual needs of pregnant women and newborns in the whole nursing process,reflect humanized nursing and promote the healthy development of newborns,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
